Returns & Refunds
We hope you adore your new piece. But if you change your mind, we’ve made returns simple. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
A Note on Earrings (Hygiene Seal) To ensure the safety of our community, earrings can only be returned if the clear hygiene seal remains unopened and intact.

Seal Intact: You are welcome to return them.

Seal Broken: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return.
How to Return

Email Us: Send a note to support@asitisstudio.com within 14 days. If returning earrings, please attach a quick photo showing the seal is unbroken.

Ship It: We’ll send you the return instructions. Please pack the item safely in its original box.

Refunds Once we receive your return and check the seal, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged Item? If something arrived damaged, please email us immediately with a photo so we can make it right!
