Processing Time At As It Is Studio, we believe in quality and attention to detail. Before your jewelry begins its journey to you, we carefully inspect and package every piece by hand.

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

  • Made-to-Order / Pre-order: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare these special pieces.

  • Note: We do not ship on weekends or Dutch national holidays.

Shipping Rates & Estimates We ship worldwide from Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

  • The Netherlands (Domestic):

    • Carrier: PostNL / DHL

    • Estimated Time: 1-2 business days

    • Cost: Free Standard Shipping

  • European Union (EU):

    • Estimated Time: 3-7 business days

    • Cost: Free Standard Shipping

  • International (Non-EU / Rest of World):

    • Estimated Time: 7-15 business days (depending on customs processing)

    • Cost: Calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For EU Customers: Prices include VAT (Sales Tax). No extra fees upon delivery.

  • For Non-EU Customers (e.g., UK, USA, Switzerland, China): Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. As It Is Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@asitisstudio.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
